If you got Agent Limits from the Mac App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Agent Limits shows estimates taken from files that Claude Code and Codex save on your Mac. Anthropic and OpenAI decide your actual limits, and the figures in the app may be late or incomplete. API cost figures are estimates for comparison only.
